Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account or phone number safe.
Products and sizing
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on your screen, and fabric and lace can vary a little between batches. Please use our size guide, or message us for fit help before you order.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees. The delivery fee, if any, is shown at checkout before you confirm. You can pay by cash on delivery or, where available, online through our payment partner, Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI PIN details.
If a product is shown at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund anything you paid.
Your order
Placing an order is your offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept the order and mark it as confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, an address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud. If this happens, we will tell you and refund anything you paid.
Delivery
We ship across India, usually within [3 to 7] working days of confirming your order, through courier partners. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by things outside our control. Every order ships in plain packaging, with no product names on the label.
Please give a correct address and phone number. If a cash on delivery order is refused without a good reason, or if this happens repeatedly, we may turn off cash on delivery for your account.

Fair use
Please do not misuse the website, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful. All text, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied without our written consent.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights to file a consumer complaint where you live, the courts at [your city] have jurisdiction.
